Description
The Sun Way Galaxy Boat Trailer SW265PN is a single-axle unbraked multi-roller marine trailer engineered specifically for rigid hulls, small RIBs, and inflatable craft up to 4.5 metres in length. Featuring a 600kg Maximum Gross Weight capacity, this versatile carrier delivers smooth road handling alongside effortless, one-person launching at slipways.
Perfect Fit for Honwave T40 & Inflatable Crafts
This model ranks as a top choice among boating enthusiasts who transport popular soft-bottom and aluminium-floor inflatables. In particular, it provides an ideal setup for towing a Honwave T40 inflatable boat. Because the support rollers adjust fully, they cradle the T40’s aluminium deck and air keel securely without damaging the PVC or Hypalon tubes during transport.
Low-Maintenance Hubs & Hull Protection
Engineered by the Lider group, the SW265PN incorporates high-grade marine running gear to simplify routine upkeep and safeguard your boat:
-
Oil-Immersed Wheel Hubs: Uses a transparent oil bath hub design, allowing quick visual checks of your bearing condition before hitting the road.
-
16 Fully Adjustable Rollers: Premium non-marking multi-rollers cradle your hull evenly, preventing gelcoat scratches or fabric wear during loading.
-
Sliding Galvanised Axle: Move the axle along the frame to balance tongue weight, helping your car tow smoothly and safely.
-
Retractable Light Assembly: Drop off or extend the rear lighting board quickly to protect electrical systems from saltwater immersion.
Standard Road-Ready Features
-
Winch & Post System: Adjustable winch assembly fitted with a heavy-duty webbing strap for controlled hull retrieval.
-
Rugged Chassis: Features integrated tie-down lashing loops, central keel support rollers, and a standard 48mm telescopic jockey wheel.
